Dogs are manipulable and cats are manipulative but both act like babies. Read the following linked Discovery blog article and explain this reaction. Is this learned on the part of the pets or is it instinctual? How about human responses to these popular pets? Explain with a reason why you believe this is instinctual/learned in humans and dogs and/ or cats? Suggest a way to test your answers.
